ORDERS
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to change items included in the order or change the details of delivery address.
Yes, you can. During the checkout process, you can choose either pickup in Haarlem or shipping. If you choose pickup, you won’t pay any shipping costs.
SHIPPING
All parcels within the Netherlands are shipped by PostNL or DHL. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 days under normal conditions, excluding holidays or other disruptions. Delivery time can take up to 3 – 6 working days.
Studio titForTat carefully packages everything with as much recycled packaging as possible, following our upcycling approach. Your purchased item will be well protected by bubble wrap and send in a re-used cardboard box.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt. Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on location. We cannot guarantee receipt.

REFUNDS
Refunds go to your original payment method. No refunds apply for items not in original condition or returned after 14 days.
After receiving and confirming your return, it can take up to several working days before you’ll see your refund on your bank account. If you still have not received your refund after 5 working days after our confirmation, please contact us at info@studiotitfortat.nl
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
